Squeal on acceleration

Finally got my discovery running after an engine swap, turned out the problem was a valve sticking in hpfp, tap with the hammer and chisel sorted that. Laughing

Problem is now that when it is going, there is a squeal when under acceleration, (like air is escaping from somewhere) is they’re any known problems that could be causing this noise? Thanks.

Are you intercooler pipe clamps all tight. Also check the pipe from the intercooler to the air intake, this likes to split and can squeal. Other possibilities are exhaust manifold leak if it's not been tightened down properly.

Yeah clamps are tight, intercooler to air intake has been replaced. Exhaust manifolds are tight to.

Boost leak hot or cold side or Aux idle pulley is my guess.
