The fixed tow bar I have fitted is now starting to suffer from surface rust. I would like t keep the matt factory finish - has anyone painted theirs or had it treated somewhere to bring back the factory finish?

Find a local shot blaster or powder coat co. Done properly it will last for years.

I was thinking of some sort of professional finish like powdercoating. Just wondered how it would look as the metal is a rough finish.
