Time for new upper arms?

Friends D3, helping him do one or two jobs, had this as advisory on Test a few months ago and now got a clunk,

Mileage is low for 06 but time is also a significant factor in the degrading of rubber components. Might be worth looking into the lower arms, ARB'S, etc while you're in there if not already addressed. yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
