Gearbox flush and EGR blank
I have a 2007 D3 GS auto that we have recently bought. It only has 69k on the clock and seems well maintained. As preventative maintenance I would like to do a gearbox flush and EGR blank (leave fitted preferably but blank off and turn off).
It is an 8A VIN so I dont think I can just blank these without also deactivating them in the ECU?
There seem to be a few folks on the forum that can help with a flush and blanking. I travel from Potters Bar to Cornwall (Launceston area) each week - is there anyone at either end, or even en route that could do both bits for me if we arranged a convenient time? Parents are also in Kent so I am there occasionally too!

Hi I can help with both either at Launceston area or if you don’t mind a 2hour wait for the gearbox to cool you can pop in to my unit just 300yrds off m5 junction 26 Wanted D4s non runners pm for competitive price.
