Probably referring to front lower arm bushes as they are the most common. Rear upper arms go and cause problems too. Any significant wear on the suspension can give problems. I had the tc kick in a few times when I changed wheels back to my summer set. One was really low and one quite significantly over inflated. Got the pressures correct and it was fine. Perhaps looking with diagnostic equipment is a good idea.
