key fobs not working - HELP

Having an issue with the central locking. both key fobs wont lock or unlock, the button on the dash does work when you use the key on the passenger door.
I have already done the 3 green wire splice last year, so hoping its not that

Yes it does have a sunroof and the carpet does get wet Crying or Very sad

Can anyone point me in the correct direction of where and what to look for next 2006 D3 HSE
Java Black
Clock in Dash
3 Flash Indicators
V8 brake upgrade

If your 3 wire splice is sitting in water, it will fail!
