Andrew - I roped my brother in as he fancied seeing what off-roading's like. So there an extra pair of hands to help, maybe even a second set if his elderst comes along - depends on whether he can get his butt outa bed that early.

I'm getting a service at Lakeland on Friday so I'll be in the Lakes on Saturday AM. Don't know where this place is but it's gotta be closer to the Lakes than to Aberdeenshire The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom

Lakes to Boughrood to Aberdeen is still a bit on the ambitious side...... The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom

You know, if I did my packing for the Cros on the Friday night, I could probably fit in a half-day of playing at Boughrood before I have to head off to Dover...
Thus perpetuating this ridiculous myth that I attend every disco3 event going 2009 Champion Driver

It'd be good to see you JMC, but you are talking a good 3.25 hours to get to BougHrood from Kendal - so about an hour (or 2) shorter than driving to Aberdeen

For a trip via Boughrood Autoroute says:
Driving distance: 792.4 miles
Total travel time: 1 day, 6 hours, 53 minutes
Driving time: 14 hours, 53 minutes
Cost: £97.34
Looks like I'll just be heading home from the lakes then The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom

I'd love to come and help
BUT
having just checked with SWMBO who told me she needs me to collect her from the garage on Saturday morning wouldn't leave me enough time to travel the 240 miles down there to make it worthwhile
it!

Don't be such a girl and get your ass to Boughrood I have driven to Aberdeen worked for 3 hours and driven back in the same day. OK there was 2 of us. In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Booked into the Lakes for Friday night already. Landlady is Lakelands service managers mum so I don't want to upset her or him......

Still a few spaces open for helping hands etc. So I thought a bump would be in order.
