Fitted my in grill Laser spots this week, wired in with a canm8 electronic relay, all working and hell they are bright.
Today went out and gave them wee tweek to adjust the light pattern and they felt loose. So a strip down and both outer end brackets have failed at the point where they fasten to the light
They were not overtightened, gripping the light enough to stop it moving but allowing movement by hand.
Anyway now left with two holes in my grill, I've glued the shattered fragment back on and reinforced with a metal fillet (cut form an old Feista sill....amazing what you find tucked away in the garage !)on either side, chucked it all back together.
Be very careful if using these mounts they seem to be quite fragile !!

Is it possible that someone has tried to nick the lights and been disturbed?

I’m pretty sure they haven’t been tampered with tbh, the car is barely out of my sight!
I intend to contact Lazer, although I was less than impressed when I asked about wiring diagrams and connections, I improvised as the car is a daily driver and needed them secured
Cheers

A wee update, offside lamp loose again....the small tang that clips onto the bottom of the grill has also snapped.....
quick email this morning to Lazer with pictures results in two replacement brackets being posted today....no questions asked no argument or discussion .......now that is either fantastic customer service or the conspiracy theorist in me thinks they know there is an issue with these brackets failing.....

I was quite interested and impressed with these until I saw the price of them - no wonder someone might have tried to half inch them It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
