One rear heated seat not working

Hi all,

Has anyone had any issues with their rear seats heating?

I had a complaint from a passenger that one side wasn't working. Ive had a look at it and it appears it isn't. The button lights up, but the seat isn't getting warm.

Ive checked for faults with the IID, but nothing is showing up.

I had a look under the seat at the connectors and everything seems to be seated correctly.

Any ideas on what to check?

Thanks Thumbs Up

Is it only one heating element per seat then? For some reason, i assumed it would be a separate element in the back and the base?

There maybe 2 elements but wired in series so if the the base element breaks the back element will go off aswell. Only guessing Thumbs Up

Tell the passenger to get out and walk, I’m sure they’ll stop complaining after that. Wink
