MANNOL AG 55 & AG 60 Query

Looking to flush the Automatic gearbox on my 2.7 TDV6 D3 and confused as to what MANNOL oil to order, website states AG55 but the majority on the forum searches recommend AG60

what are the differences between the two and which is the correct one to use?

also does anyone have any links to where to buy it from in germany as this seems to be the cheapest method?
