Not had time to source the mini obdII pin outs yet ..iv got some other exiting projects up my sleeve
Anything new yet wiggs?
I've tried the ELM 327 v1.2a on Mrs BrumLee's 08 Panda and it shows loads of useful info, but she's got no fault codes to play with (I mean the car ). Anyone found software to talk to the D3?
I had an email saying these work, but I'm not forking out another £70 to find out they don't
Not realy had time still ..its not high on my priority's yet ..still trying to sort out car pc JAVA BLACK SE , MANUAL , PRIVACY GLASS , EBONY LEATHER , COLOUR CODED PARTS , SIDE PROTECTION TUBES , HIDDEN WINCH (12000 LBS) , 19" HSE WHEELS.

You have a point Wiggs, but the Autologic is almost US$10K, this one is around $550 so a relative bargain.
And the ELM's at $200 and less don't work... as reported by others.

At least they have screen shots from a RRS, although no mention of the TDV6, being a US-developed tool. The different operation & interface cable for BMW-based LRs and Ford-based LRs is also significant.
Software updates are $60 US after the 1st year.
It looks promising as a diagnostic tool but doesn't appear to modify/set parameters.
Edit: Have a look at the release notes file - LR2 full support was added March 08, Jaguar EPB release for service was added May 07, so it's looking better all the time!

finally got round to sending an 'e' mail to Auto-Enginuity and i got a reply saying they have passed it on to a uk distributor Gendan Limited,
i then got the following response......
Hi Chris,
Thanks for your email - it has been forwarded to us as the UK distributor.
We have both the base package and the Land Rover enhancements in stock here.
The base package is £199.95 (inc) and the Land Rover enhancement £139.95
(inc) - both include VAT and next working day delivery.
The Land Rover enhancement does include the LR3 Discovery (2004-2007), and will cover most modules on these cars for diagnostics work. The limitation at the moment though is that the package only talks to the petrol models.
AE are actually in the UK next month to hopefully complete the diesel coverage - this would then be available at the next update (probably within a couple of months).
If I can provide any more details, please let me know.
Thanks and best regards,
Dean Norman

They need to provide some service functions rather than just extracting codes. eg EPB release for service (although this can be achieved by pulling the emergency release cable), set height for wheel alignment, bleed brakes (Nanocom provides ABS & SLS service functions for the D2) etc.
