I find my self looking on ebay for parts, but when you get down to it, look on lrcat for the numbers you can find the genuine parts from dealers much cheaper.
And even more so if you go to Dan at duckworths, he really is a top bloke. 
You probably all know this already but just think twice before hitting buy it now on the bay. There are so many people trying to rip you off.

Agreed. I needed a new part and found one on Ebay offered by a LR indy - BIN priced at twenty five quid. Thought for what it was, even with the genuine LR brand part label, that was a bit over the top. Traced the same genuine part at Rimmers for £5.95+postage. There are bargains, and then there are bargains. Who'd go for this one?

OTOH I recently found a part on ebay at 1/4 of the normal list price. Brand new LR genuine.
It all comes down to using your head. Much on ebay is overpriced but there are bargains to be had if you're careful and lucky

I’ve managed to get a second hand but like new condition genuine Land Rover rubber boot mat for £1.25 and brand new heated front seat element for £5 on eBay. There are plenty of bargains to be had.
