Transmission fault - traction reduced
Anyone have this warning message at start up? Lasts very briefly and only occurs when the car is cold. Dealer has done nothing about it at both services so far. Should I be worried?

Your battery is either knackered or needs bench charging.

agree with Gareth, that was one of the messages I used to get before my dealer charged the battery, happened again but they then found out the battery was faulty - since they replaced the battery no more messages.1996 Discovery 1 300TDI ES Biarritz Blue, sold
