Added! Thanks for helping me sort out the duplicate Martin. I had to significantly downsample the image before the uploader would accept it - let me know where I can send the full size and also what format you prefer (best available is 16-bit TIFF which would end up at ~50MB).
What's the consensus on Monochrome vs. Color for the calendar? I thought black & white was best for this one, but I can make it color too.
