I’ve had this before on my RRS, ended up being the battery which was due for replacement anyway.

^ +1 I used to get that message briefly on cranking, which would then clear as soon as the engine fired. Battery replaced, no more message. I can only guess the terrain response system is particularly sensitive to voltage.

Hi,
I had the same message on the screen last winter just after start up, it went away after 30 seconds. Last October I replaced the battery and so far this winter despite it being much colder no faults at all.

Regards Dave.

If you've got a charger handy it might not need a new battery. Mine's always done it in the winter when the battery you're using the heated screen etc.. and the battery isn't getting fully charged. Give it a good charge before chucking what might be a perfectly good battery!

They are just incomplete comm messages so ignore. I used to charge my battery at least once a week in the winter. I did put a new exide on it and it was fine for ages. But if it is cold these messages can appear at cranking stage
