Fitting HSE front seats to an XS |
|
Hi guys, I’m new here so please be gentle and point me in the right direction if I’m in the wrong sub forum
Picked myself up a 2013 D4 XS a few weeks ago. It’s perfectly well appointed inside, but the one drama is wifey keeps bloody nicking it’s because it’s better than her qashqai. Not trouble I’ve had before having mainly run old sheds!
So despite me originally being happy with the compromise of manually adjusted seats, I’d dearly love to upgrade to electrically adjusted ones with memory settings so I don’t have to constantly faff with getting things comfortable again. Arm rests would be a boon too.
So, wiring wise, what’s in place? Is it a case of plug new seats into existing loom and the buttons are On the side of the seat? Presume HSE is already heated like the XS Seats?
Thanks In advance for any help

The wiring loom should already be there, the adjustment is on the seat but the memory function is on the door. You may have to tell the ECU via the CCF that it now has power seats (not sure about this part)
