RT193-2 RESISTOR
Hi all. I'm looking at installing a set of LED rear lights on my D3, however the set I have bought are for a D4. There are wires on the reverse with a connector to attach to a RESISTOR. I have researched this and need a Resistor RT193-2. Using this I can just plug it straight into the wiring to resolve hyper flashing issues. My question is does anyone know where I can buy these resistors? I've looked almost everywhere and can see loads of pictures, but cannot find a link to any company selling them. Any help will be most appreciated!!

Don't you just need a 25 watt heat-sink type resistor per side

You're probably right. I was just looking for a quick and tidy optionseeing as these resistors are used quite widely (or do it would appear looking online). My lights come with a cable ready to attach to the resistor too, so it makes sense. I've attached another pic from a different set of lights but they use the same resistor. If anyone can help source these resistors I'll be more than happy!!

That's a set of rear lights I haven't seen before - are they a straight swap on a LR3

I've got a set of these (See pic). Not available in the UK apparently. Imported them from Germany. They're for a D4 but they will work on a D3 with resistors.

Those type, the resistor only needs to be on the indicator circuit

Thanks, that's what I thought. I've got other resistors which I bought which will do the job. I'll let you know how I get on when I do them at the weekend. I'll add some photos too when they're on the car 😁
