I’m after advise please.
I replaced both EGR valves with aftermarket units from eBay back end of 2018.
I’m now seeing EML on dash which clears (using ODB reset) from anything up to 1 week to next engine start. (Started intermittently in September but now almost permanently on after reset)
Full code on Automaster Pro is:- ‘P0405/$1 8D AF110. Exhaust Gas Recirculation sensor A circuit low’
Having Read several threads on this forum, am I right to believe this is the off-side (rhd) drivers side EGR valves again?
Is it common that a ‘new one’ could fail within 20,000miles or so of it being replaced?
Are there any recommendations as to where I can get a cheap reliable replacement from (mot in 2 weeks time  ).
