I was close to telling him to  off, that you weren't at work and to keep his beef for the dealership, but you were showing admirable restraint and I didn't want to make trouble for you at the dealership. Personally I think we should revisit there soon, all wearing LR gear and loudly discussing the recent presentation from HMRC on spotting and reporting evidence of Solvent Red 24 and Quinizarin in fuel systems. Going, going...... Gone!

You guys 'll be getting really pi$$*d off with me soon, but one of these days I might just make it. I am hoping to make the 8th July, but then again work will probably get in the way. So as a result, I have come up with a cunning plan. Instead of failing to make yet another North Dorset YAMs, what about proposing one further South at my place, and then I would have to attend! Sorry sounds boring, but I do work in quite a large "toy" shop and have an adjoining bar. both of which you might find appealling.
I work and live in Poole and am lucky enough to work for the RNLI charity, running their fleet of spare assets, some of which are based here adjacent to our Lifeboat College and bar. I know most of the meets involve, swapping tales of daring does and don'ts with D3's, but thought some of you might like to have a look at some other incredible machines.
I could show you around our range of Lifeboats that we have here at the HQ and some of our Launch & Recovery systems (now they will impress you!) then we could adjourn to the bar.
I spoke with Countrywide and ND about this and I think they thought it had the makings of a good evening. Let me know your thoughts. If they are unprintable, PM me and save my blushes.

Possibly warrants a thread of it's own complete with sign-up methinks? The YAM thread tends to get read by those in this neck of the woods, while a "D3 meet at RNLI HQ and bar" thread might gain wider audience? Going, going...... Gone!
