Have written an autobiography about my time flying DC-3s in African war zones, any help / advice appreciated. Knowledge & Reason - the arch enemy of faith

Hey Mate, bit of a late reply but what the hell. Sorry can't help ref the publishing side of things, but sounds like it's one heck of a book. Be interested to read it once you mange to get it done. How's it going by the way?

Hi there,
Thanks for the response, to be honest I am not that concerned about pursuing the publishing route. It was never written with publishing in mind, it was an exercise to exorcise the demons after a pretty torrid time - and in that regard it served it's purpose admirably.
However after it did see the light of day and some of my closest friends read it I was nagged and nagged to get it published, however in terms of being saleable I am at a very distinct disadvantage as essentially I am a nobody and Autobiographies need a selling point usually starting with the recognisability of the name of the author. If it happens then great, if it doesn't then no problem from my persepctive.
As a gesture to Disco3, I will offer the complete manuscript to anyone on here that contributes £1 towards the site fund.
How does that sound, anyone interseted in reading my book, PM me your email address and proof of donation to Disco3 and I'll happily email it to you.

Trained in Port Alfred, flew mainly from Zambia into Angola (Jamba, Lumeje, Lumbala etc) Knowledge & Reason - the arch enemy of faith
