Vibration through the floor
Been driving the disco today after a week away because the wife reported a vibration at around 70 - 80 mph. Does not feel like its coming through the steering wheel but more through the floor, you can feel it vibrating your feet, not a really bad vibration but its there never the less. The car is booked into to the dealer under warranty on Tuesday and wondered if anyone else had encountered this type of problem so I can get the dealer to check them out.
I had a similar problem on my 2nd D2 when it was new, it turned out to be a vacuum switch which was bolted to the bulk head oscillating on and off.

I had the same problem with mine after driving on a wet dirt road. Had the car washed afterwards and the mud collected at the bottom of the rim on the inside , not easly spotted. Get on your back and check the rims inside for dirt and if there is , rinse it off.
Ps. both instances was on the rear wheels.

Checked all the wheels for mud but nothing obvious also can't see any marks where a balance weight has fallen off, so I'll just see what the dealer says tomorrow

tyre wear over time will cause the original balance to be out, offroad use over 50 miles or so can be equivilent to 2000 miles of road use dependent upon the terrain, get the wheels rebalanced as a diagnostic fix
