Hi Duncan,
Firstly me + 1 other, 2 cars + tintents arr Thurs dep Mon 4 nights
1 more car + tintent, arr Fri dep Sun 2 nights
Now possible a problem , I noticed on your post you say Min 2 nights, but the 4 other cars, 3 with roof tents 1 with ground tent are looking at arriving Sat and leaving Sun evening for Scotland on their way to Iceland.
Mrs. Hobgoblin arriving Friday evening with her car, departing Sunday.
So total is 2 cars + tintents arr Thurs dep Mon 4 nights
2 more cars + 1 tintent, arr Fri dep Sun 2 nights
Plus Iceland lot.
I take it that we pay Mrs. Arrowsmith on the gate is that correct  I'm not as good as I once was........but I'm as good once as I ever was.

not bothered whether they are tents or tintents, just need to know the number of cars
when you arrive you will need to let the gate know your username. Please make sure the other Hobgoblins know as the gate will not have your actual names Duncan

I'll be getting up there mid moring on Thursday with some stakes and barrier tape. An volunteers to help secure an area and defend the post untill more reinforcements arrive thursday PM and Friday ??? Duncan

Dunc,
Sorry for coming into this really late....I'd like to signup (1 car + small tent), arriving Friday evening, leaving Sunday if there is still room.
I've already received my tickets, including camping, from the billinglandrovershow website. I assume its all for the same field anyway?

Just called him to check numbers.
Price is £17.50 but excludes show admission. admission is £5 per adult for the whole event and under 13's go free
I thought he originally told me that admission was included, sorry.
payment will be on the entrance to the campsite and you will be given a ticket which you exchange for a wrist band when you enter the show.
So basically, all you have to do is turn up at the campsite entrance (see previous posts for location) with some money and everyting will be sorted for you.
I'll hopefully have secured an area for us and the Flag will be flying if I can get it from Slimer. Has anyone seen or heard from him, he hasnt picked up my PM  Duncan

Is this Billing being greedy or the farmer , ISTR that in past years entry to the show was included in the camping fee  I'm not as good as I once was........but I'm as good once as I ever was.
