Trolley Jack or Bottle Jack

I am thinking or getting a jack to take away when we use the tin tent. Any thoughts from fellow tin tenters as to whether a trolley jack (e.g. the Clarke jack mentioned elsewhere as a best buy) or bottle jack would be best, bearing in mind the weight and where it should be stowed, and its ability to lift either the Disco or the tin tent in the event of a tyre change.

Any thoughts would be most welcome. 2008 D3 HSE Stornoway Grey with Ebony Leather, towing a Coachman VIP 575

Being a tintenter as well, i did look at trolley jacks and bottle jacks and there was too much compromise between them all. They were either not man enough to lift the car or not enough reach for the car/caravan - the Takla was a great allrounder.

bought a nice trolley jack from machine mart for £60, it a bit heavy at 30kg but very stable and lifts most things

Providing your van is on an Al-Ko chassis why not use their dedicated jack; the side lift for up to 1600kg or the scissor up to 2000kg. They are light and purpose made with a receiver ready bolted to the chassis.
A tip worth remembering is to first haul the van onto a wedge before jacking as the chassis is otherwise tight to the ground.
