| discovery 4 touch screen not working |

i have a discovery 4 and my infomation touch screen dont work just have a black screen cant check oil or do anything I have checked all the fuses they are all fine is this common and does anyone know what could be wrong Thanks

Would help us if you filled in your profile fully with what model you have and year of the car. You could try a hard reset.

Oil check is not via the touchscreen but the 'thumb control' to the right on the steering wheel. Brings up the menu between the speedo and revs
But sorry, can't help with touch screen
