Think he means me. Got to have an early night to night as big DIY day tomorow, so will be doing a bit more sorting tomorrow (Sunday) night.

[PM-ed on Sunday, but no response so here goes...]

Jowett110,
I'm not sure what you're planning - one day or two? I recommend the one day per weekend, but the lanes I have could stretch to two if I can find one to replace Shatton Moor (now restricted). Are there any lanes you already know about that you want to do?

If you do propose two days per weekend then I can only attend one of themo the second weekend, as I don't have enough brownie points with SWMBO. But as I say. Given the numbers involved a recommend you restrict it to two good Sundays.

Does anyone have memory map in the first group?

cheers
rob

Sorry for not getting back to you Rob, but have not been on line much this week.

Now that we have got most of the numbers signed, I think it is about time that we sort out day for both weekends, I am free on either Saturday or Sunday and as I don't know any of the lanes in The Peaks, I will have to leave it to someone else to sort out lanes - know more in The Dales than in The Peaks, but as Andy said many in The Dales are closed. I think Harlequin and others are willing to plan the lanes, so we should be ok for the first weekend.

For the second weekend, if it is ok with Rob (Gilmore), I will leave you to sort out that weekend.

Lets see where we get from here.

Sorry if I've misled you - I am happy to assist if I can, but I don't have any knowledge of green lanes in the Peaks - it's many years since I lived there! Looks like we need someone with specific knowledge - Andy (CFB), perhaps?

Will PM Andy and see what he can do - unless anyone else can help.

I have documented/mapped lanes for a good day's worth of the peaks. If someone is a confident off roader who is willing to lead then I can send them a CD with the instructions/maps on. All they need to do is print them out and bring them on the day. If they have memory map then even better as I can give them the route in MM form. It's interesting but non-damaging, with sensible driving. Any takers fro group 1?

I'm going on Sunday 11th May, so can someone change the signup so it's clearer which day it is? Thanks
