| Charging through 13pin tow electrics |

Is it possible to charge the battery through the 13 pin tow electrics in the way you could if you have the older duel 7 pin tow electrics? IID Tool

I do it with my D4. The ctek has a 7 pin grey connected & I have an adaptor to 13 pin. Seems to work fine..

Thanks RONP thats exactly what im after.  I have a CTEK charger but was unsure weather the 13 pin electrics was a combination of the older grey and black 7 pin plugs and offered the same combined functionality. IID Tool

I use a forum adaptor on my L322s 13pin electrics
Get the one with the comfort indicator traffic lights on it. It shows battery charge state when adaptor is fitted. I left it in place through lockdown. Visitor from fullfatrr.com

DrewLR4 - that’s exactly what it is. A combination of the 12N and 12S plugs. I too charge my battery through the towing socket. I made my own before realising they are for sale on here!
