I have seen on the forum that the frequency for UK is 433. Is it same throughout Europe? My D3, 2006, is originally Spanish.

Yea, the ISM band should be the same in all of ITU Region 1 (Europe, Russia/CIS, parts of Middle East, Africa).
North and South America use 915 MHz for ISM due to being in ITU Region 2.
Australia is in Region 3 and I think they use 915 MHz, too, as ISM band.
