Cant speak for Likes, just dont touch SCRAPstone Cardiff. The absolute f  g pits. wouldnt let them grease the axle on my wheelbarrow.

How about Hereford LR, seem better than most of the midlands dealers (I'm the opposite direction to you). OK, getting parts is an issue, but thats LR, not the dealer at fault.
Been OK on price and service for my D3, even thought it wasnt purchased from them, so the service I've had hasnt had to be influenced by spend with them.

I have had repairs carried out on my vehicle at both JV LIKE and HEREFORD LR.
Im going to have to agree with Sonyboy. JV Like Deliver and excellent service.
They always keep me updated on whats happening, Ect.
I have also been to Hereford Land Rover. Which i feel there customer service is not the same, some of the staff are helpful, others are very Blunt and rude. They have also failed to call me back on a number of occasions. And they have never fixed a problem with my car first time round.

Well I accept that perhaps I have just been unlucky when I have been there.To be honest I really wanted to buy from there as its so handy to work and home.Im a scruffy git so perhaps they keep thinking Im a hedge monkey trying to blag a test drive and didnt take me seriously! I will say in Like's defence, Ive been there for parts a few times for the Defender and disco, and the parts department are really helpfull and quick.

I tend to find that all J.V.Like supporters usernames are in capitals. if one of the mod's could change me to caps please I might get really good service at Likes. Call me suspicious but...........
