I rang them about 6 weeks ago regarding changing my SE, said they would work out a price and ring me back! 3 days later i rang them to ask if they'd lost my number. They hadent but was told they'd been very busy and would ring me back, guess wot im still waiting 
Personally i'd never have anything but L/R but when you compare the service my old man gets with his Merc its no wounder L/R get such a slagging
