Red D3 plate KN05... parked up in Avenue Victor Hugo in Luxembourg City this morning at 07:40.
Couldn't see any stickers (but I was concentrating on trying to squeeze between it and the bloody great bus coming towards me...)

JF, it wasn't Scottish as it would have started with an S or a T not a K _________________ How can Carbon have a footprint if it has no feet?
