Red D3 plate KN05... parked up in Avenue Victor Hugo in Luxembourg City this morning at 07:40.
Couldn't see any stickers (but I was concentrating on trying to squeeze between it and the bloody great bus coming towards me...)

How do you know that it wasn't Welsh, Scottish or Irish?
