We have sufficient numbers to run the event folks 
I will require full payment in advance please to secure the site, there will of course be a donation to DISCO3 included in the cost.
Payment will be easiest by Paypal, £35 for non-tuition and £60 with.
Please send to cotefarmboy@btinternet.com and include your site username so I can identify you. Full details of the event will be sent by PM upon receipt of payment.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque please PM me for details.

 Might be an idea to let people know how much of the payment is donated though Andy, many people donate regularly already so this would allow them to adjust how much they send to the forum toward running costs etc if they want to

Don't know at this stage. I am obviously running this as non-profit making so any surplus after paypal fees, site hire charge etc etc will go to the site. I'll post a total breakdown etc after the event

Besides the required 4x4 what do I need in order to participate in this even?
Do I need special insurance? If so I'm not sure if mine covers off road use so any advice on a company that does cover off-road use. Anybody know of a company that will provide one off/short term event type of insurance?
Anything else I need to concider before signing up?

No special insurance needed, only thing to consider is are you prepared to cope if you end up bitten by the bug of off-roading in your D3

I'm already bitten its just the first time using my own Disco 
Sounds like the only obstacle to now overcome is gathering a few more brownie points off SWMBO. Looks like I may have to start the decorating after all
