Besides the Disco, is there anything else I should make sure I bring on the day?
Looks like SWMBO  is going shopping so no problemthere. But Parkwood website implies I need to bring my insurance, MOT and Driving licence.
I have no problembringing all my doc's with me, but would hate to be turned away on the day

Just take all your stuff and also ensure that you have insurance to cover off road driving. As the site is not a green lane / byway, you are not covered by your standard insurance.

I think Andy might (  ) send out information packs like last time but don't know.
What I'd say you should have is:
1) Good footwear - a decent pair of wellies or walking boots would be advisable as it's quite muddy in places.
2) A packed lunch for a break at midday.
3) A camera with lots of battery space and plenty of memory.
4) A recovery rope if you have one, though there'll be people on site to help.
5) Er... a bag for your rubbish at lunchtime? Or maybe some wipes for the headlights/number plate at the end.

As CY said above really No documents needed, that's just for the pay-n-play days.
When it comes to insurance, that's a personal choice, I wouldn't say you need it, as that may mean changing insurer. But Simon is correct in that your policy probably won't cover you unless you are with LR or NFU. There is very little chance of doing any insurance level damage though so don't worry
