I doubt you'll be able to see the sticker through 15% tints so best to go for external. I put mine at the top, and the wiper just touches it but they stick well enough so no problems. They are 5% on the back of my BTW, with 20% on the rear passenger doors.

I have a silver internal one above the wiper on the factory privacy glass. Looks fine. Obviously not as bright as on the outside.
I will try and get a piccy later.
Also have the round orange Tax Disc type on the front windscreen.Global Warming.... I'm luvvin it

The external white ones are brightest and most vivid - especially when placed over the black part of the window frame to contrast.
