| How to get Bumpers/Wheel arches black |
|
The Wheel arches and Bumpers on my D3 are very grey - any advice on how to get them back to black ? I have tried Back to Black trim cleaner but it doesn't make any difference. _________________ Rimini Red Discovery TDV6 HSE

what DG forgot to add is -
"when smeared up, take it and park outside the local infants school..around 3pm.
when the kiddies come out, hungry after a long days slog, they'll set about your plastic bits with their little tongues and give it a real good licking".
Comes up a treat
btw. I'd only use Sunpat.
Supermarket brands don't taste so good so you might end up with the job only half done. _________________ .

I tried the meguiars and after washing the plastic became streaky.
Peanut butter does work and is good for removing polish/marks but I've found autoglym to be long lasting. Autoglym gives a streak free finish on the mouldings for a few washes at least.
I believe there is an aerospace compound ?303 which i know some guys use on bimmerforums _________________ "prepare for the worst, hope for the best"- judging by what I've read on this site so far!
