if you're not in a hurry to get these, sets of (4) FFRR 19" rims and almost new (delivery mileage) tyres often can be found on eBay.
Many of the forum members have secured these for around £400-ish (or even cheaper )

Try asking around where you work (office/shop/wherever) there is a place near me that does a good job at a great price but I only found it through word of mouth, cheaper than blackcircles.co.uk for example...

I used to use http://www.etyres.co.uk/ for tyres on the freelander, havent bought any disco tyres yet.
Nice and easy, pay online and then they come out to you and fit them. www.ourfrenchholidaycottage.co.uk 10% off for Disco3.co.uk members!
