I have tried to contact Strut directly but did not get any response.

blimey, I'd never heard of them.
checked out the website....oh yeah....love the classical music and the moody chick...
not sure about the grille, looks like a pimped up fan heater to me.
I might be in town next week and will check it out "prepare for the worst, hope for the best"

I'm partial to a bit of bling but that's just plain wrong
