According to my good book the nose weights are as follows:
Markets except Australia
Nose weight If the vehicle is loaded to the Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), the
nose weight is limited to 150 kg (330 lb). If a greater nose
weight is necessary (up to 250 kg (550 lb) maximum), vehicle
load should be reduced to ensure the GVW and rear axle
weights are not exceeded.
Australia only
Nose weight Must be a minimum of 7% of gross caravan/trailer weight, up
to a maximum of 350 kg (772 lb).
Hitch height Must be set with the engine running, so that the caravan/trailer
is level when connected to the vehicle. No 1) Zambezi, Diesel, HSE, Auto, 2005-fantastic
No 2) Zermatt, Diesel, HSE, Auto, 2007-even better!

How does one do this with the standard hitch and tongue? The level of the ball is too low for standard trailer height. Getting there is half the fun
