Had a new member of staff join my team this morning...so if you call me and i can't answer the phone my new guy will take the message....
He's taking a bit of time to get used to it and maybe now i can take a day off knowing i have someone in charge.....

Where did you get that photo of a member of the IT support(?) staff here 
I just spent 90 minutes on the phone to him while he made a real mess of my PC, only giving up when he couldn't get back to where he'd started. So he left it in a mess, with some wrong instructions on how it should work. Needless to say I've lodged a complaint about him, reset the PC to as it was - not work correctly, but at least its working as badly as it was before he started, and I have worked out a work around

Had a theory re IT staff, the effectiveness of the IT Dept is inversely proportional to their own self importance. 
So glad not to be dealing with them anymore. Honda Dog U better DUCK!!!!!
