How bizarre is this.
There are 8 signed up for the morning and 18 for the afternoon, all have booked giving Disco3 as a reference. However the sign up shows 2 in the morning and 12 in the afternoon. I know some are +1 or +2. Me thinks some have not signed up. Remember there is no 'i' in disco3.co.uk

OK decision here is that we can't make it to the off road site in a reasonable time to do anything useful. Sorry Andrew - but we'll see you at LR bobby 'when I nod my head, you hit it' crispbox

I will be at the offroad site in the morning, my guest is Rob Davies (Iron 2 driver from Morroco Desert Storm 2007), he will be meeting us at the factory, not in his Disco, but in his Alfa Brera.
BCB, keep an eye out for him if we are late as I have his paperwork Silver TDV6 HSE

Hi Gareth,
Is the offroad morning off now or is it still on ???
If it's off I will be going straight to LR, if it still on I would like to try bald(ing) P Scorps in the sand - even bring my bucket and spade
Can you pm me and let me know please - I need to know what time to set the alarm !!
I'm gonna look kinda silly with my Jet boil in the car park waiting for lunch

Thanks for arranging this Andrew, it was a real treat to go on the tour
The Land Rover factory is an amazing place, and the way these fantastic cars are assembled is simply brilliant.
Nice meet some new faces, especially Catweasel and Little Miss Catweasel (didn't catch her name ) who made the effort to travel half way around the world to see the tour
Character, even though your car has done a zillion miles, it still looks fantastic Silver TDV6 HSE

Would have loved to have made it!
I should've been on hol, but mrs ronp was in for an op today.
So going to the LR tour would have been one step too far i think!!
But, might just do the next 60yr tour. slowly re-building my gallery after the wipe out !!!!

As above Andrew......Thanks for your part in what has been a very enjoyable day.
Well worth the time, money and travelling.
If there's a next time Andrew maybe you could arrange some on-site camping for a few nights as half a day seems only a taster of the place, maybe we need 3 days in there.
Just think what we could up to in there over a couple of nights.
Great day.....Thanks again.
