Hi Just managed to get a set of Rock Sliders from Uncle Ray, anyone able to collect them from him for me and deliver them to me in Forest of Dean or Gloucester/Bristol area over the next few weeks?
No mad rush, I'd just like to get them fitted before the beginning of August.

I live round the corner from Ray and get out and about a fair bit but I have nothing planned that would take me past your place. This could change at short notice so I will be at standby if nothing gets sorted before August. Sorry I cant be anymore helpful. Is that your head or as your neck been sick?

Going down the M1 from Newcastle to Harwich on Thursday/Friday - wrong side of the country I know, but if it is of any help they could go on the roof. Can't detour much I'm afraid as I have a boat to catch Friday afternoon, but staying over in Leeds on Thursday night.

Thanks guys - Alex I think it's unlikely we'd manage to meet up. Ent I'll PM you my contact number and we can discuss further, as an when - if all else fails Ray said he'd bring them to Boughrood for me early September.

NicS, that would be brill, RLD and I are working on another option, but if you could meet with Ray whilst you're up there anyway, that would be excellent and much more simple - certainly worth a few pints or notes towards diesel Could you please PM RLD to see if he and you can meet, I can quite easily come over to Bristol to collect them then.
