The part number is right, and the DVD looks original.
I think the dealer version comes on a DVD case, rather than a CD case, and retails for £130 to £145.
I have upgraded mine and haven't noticed any major changes, being honest no change at all. Maybe this is due to fact that i dont go to new places!
What is/are the reason/s you are looking to upgrade?

Bought one on Fleabay a few weeks ago, same disc, same part number.
Direction indications are better, apart from that very little difference. You can no longer input the number to use on the move. ( )
Some changes to junctions but I was in a field (not a bad thing) instead of a new entry ramp to the M1 the other day.
I paid £50 for mine with free postage TDV6 HSE - Light Guards - White Reflective Sticker & that something extra
No Jetboil (yet) Edit: Jetboil now arrived, whoopie!!
