| Anywhere to play near Plymouth? |
|
Can anyone reccommend any good places for non-damaging play in the Plymouth area? I went to a site near Exeter with a few Disco3 people a while ago, but not been around for a while, so desperate to play in the beast again. Happy to drive in a 40ish mile radius. Both of my children keep on at me to take them somewhere to play which is a great excuse to take a day out and get the beast dirty!
Anyone tried negotiating with farmers to use their land at all? Was thinking of asking some near me if they would let me drive their land and then camp with the youngsters.
Any info gratefully received. Also looking for others in the Plymouth area to get out and about with.
Cheers AJ

Well if you know the local Coast Guards they can let you drive along the cliff access tracks and around farmers land for training purposes
Some great ones around East Portlemouth

I contacted them a couple of years ago, and they weren't interested in allowing use of own car. However, I suspect that if there were enough interest they may change their mind
Let me re-phrase that ....
... I'm up for it D3 number 3: 08 TDV6 SE Stormygrey /owlpacker
SIII Lightweight - neglected & rusting. Bulkhead now disintegrated - but its got a full service history!
