Hi all, well I am coming to the end of my three year warranty in September and am faced with a number of decisions 1, Do I extend the warranty, if I do extend will this be upheld if I have my D3 chipped/remapped. What things should I definitely get the dealer to check at 36000 service? Are there things I should check first before sending it to the dealer (was reading about diff noise could be a possibility!!!!!!. I would welcome any advice and feedback as the way things are going with the price crunch I could never afford another one. P.s any other tips re getting more MPG or similar also welcomed.
Mac to climb the mountain you have to get there, is there any better way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you follow that link you'll see an example
Basically your car will/should stand as deposit and LR are now doing a buy now, pay later at 0% APR interest over 2 years. Just signed a deal with Yeovil to do just that. Going, going...... Gone!

Ah, with you! Sorry, I did kind of leap in with both feet there. Not like me at all
Chipped? They don't need to know
Better economy? Get it chipped Also make sure you change the air filter and oil/oil filter regularly, you'll be surpised at the difference it can make to the economy.
As for warranty, the going rate seems to be around £1200 for a year? Personally I think that's pretty good for the moment as aftermarket parts and expertise is very limited. As the cars get older so servicing/parts will come within the reach of the independent specialists making longer term ownership more managable. Going, going...... Gone!

what do you mean they dont have to know about the chip
