I expected something more along these lines "its probably a virus, you'll be right as rain in a few days and if you're playing sport try to favour the other leg"

Amazing pictures.
That Sea King must be what ? 20-30 years old by now ?
Reminds me of the news story on the telly this evening. The Air Ambulance that is really a requirement around these parts for anyone to get to hospital before dying - is completely run by charity And their fuel bill for this year has gone up by 100 and something thousand pounds
Its all covered by donations now but Frack... if the government say they cannot afford to run a service like this, how the hell can they afford two new super aircraft carriers for the navy ?
Makes you wonder if the rurally afflicted general public are worth anything at all to them
Just think, no more Hamster if it weren't for charity.
Rant off... for a bit anyway

Bit like lifeboats ...I could never understand it either But it has always been the same ...it's not a new phenomenon
Maybe the new dictator will rectify these things ...and you will communicate them for me Simon Powered by............................

I hope he takes over soon mate... I hate all this ranting I do
But then, I guess being me I always will
And yep, Life Boats... just the same. If you want a service that works, do it yourself eh ?

I've heard that the Air Ambulance and RNLI wouldn't want to be government funded as it would be likely to affect how they operate and add layers of inefficiencies... DISCO3 Goodies in the Shop: Stickers, Polo Shirts, Fleeces and More! | D3 Parts For Sale

That I can understand Capitan
Friends of mine are in the Coast Guards in Devon... they say as much TBH.
Just a travesty that they have to rely on the good nature of the general public to donate. With the air craft carriers, we don't have a choice but to donate.
Mind you, there will be plenty of jolly sailors in port at the weekends... and Wiltshire os not that far from the seaside

There's a fine line between having money and inefficiencies ....and having no money to operate though Powered by............................
