possible to upgrade from Standard Navi to Premium Navi?

Looking at purchasing a 2005 HSE with the standard Navi (no offorad navigation) I was wondering if there is an option to add the offroad Navigation functionality (only for the fun) and the TMC option to the car?
The car has the Base Navigation and a HK sound system.

Welcome! I think this has been answered before and as far as I remember the answer is no. It is something which has to be done at the factory.
