| Accessories for the August Salisbury Plain |
|
Hello Everyone
After so many tries attemps, I should be able to come on the Sunday.
BUT I am a newbie...
Now....
I need some advices about the accessories that I need:
- A pair of Shackles
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Bow-Shackle-D-shackl....m14.l1318
What else do you think I need?
I have some road tyres... I suppose that will be fine in August.
BTW, I hope the treat is in the right place! Arno

a 5 to 10 m tow rope with a couple of shackles should do you. Also a PMR lets you keep in touch, the ENTELS from JMC are Duncan

Arno, have a look here:

TFC came up with a list of kit people should always think about having with them when offroad and it covers everything you might need and a little bit more. It never pays to assume that the next guy in your group has the kit, always, always, always aim to be self sufficient where possible. If nothing else, it means you are using kit you are more likely to be familiar with or at the very least know where it is stored in your vehicle Going, going...... Gone!
