Had a PM from new member enquireing as to a social group for Canberra and sourounds.
I think it is a good idea as there seem to be a fair fiew around the area now.
What do you lot think?

G'day Rob
Just back from my big trip. Met TDMP and Norto at Birdsville after we did the Simpson and Norto again at Mareeba. Agree with the social group - count me in.

so ..... does 5 people constitute a 'social group'. Sounds good, I have not much time at the moment as geting close to trip north and lots to do before we can go.
A day trip, or day playing in the mud or over some nasty terain very local on a Sat. or Sun with a BBQ/ drinks may be of interest first off.

Any outing sounds good. However at the present am busy cleaning up after the last long trip and getting servicing/warranty repairs done for a few weeks.

I have an idea, How about a play on the hill on our place, Bob will have seen it at a distance, There are some good bits that can get you out of your comfort zone, then a BBQ drinks etc,
Mayby in a week or so.
