and it appears as though the second D3 got stuck because it had to stop for the first D3 getting stuck but once that obstacle was removed and momentum regained , the second D3 did it easily. so whats your point?

So your basing the purchase on the deafender being able to tow a D3
.....not exactly hard is it ...rope ...pull ..keep pulling

i can see why you want a roof rack Steve, that white roof is a bit you need to get it painted.
CW - that's the beauty of not being there when commenting, the second D3 pulled out got stuck 1st, then the first D3 pulled out went to recover the second, before the rope went tight he got stuck. I then threw a load of sand over the tarmac Chris had just layed and drove off with them both attached I'm Powered by........Diesel

In this photo you can clearly see 2 defenders, stuck and joined together by rope. If you look closely, you will see 1 D3, quietly in the background, pulling them out

All cars get stuck if you go far enough. Buy what you want if you want a defender then get one,if you like the D3 buy that; or if you can't decide buy both DS3 TDV6 HSE
Silver with Alpacca (old one)
DS3 TDV6 HSE
Silver with Alpacca (new one)

The 110 looks very nice Steve
I'll look forward to seeing in the flesh... If you are annoying me, just remember it takes 42 muscles for me to frown and only 4 to extend my middle finger, and I'm lazy so don't be offended.
