| D3 with FFRR style rear lights |
|
On the run back up north yesterday came up behind an 08 silver D3 on the M40 not far from Gaydon as it happens - couldn't put my finger on what was making the rear look odd until I noticed it had FFRR style rear lights - main lamp body was chrome reflective, with two inset circles of red, one for the rear and one for the stop lamps - indicators were obviously yellow bulbs - looked quite cool. Sadly the D3 Cam was not sat on the dash at the time so have no pictures.
Has anyone else seen these or do we have snaps on the site? I've mocked up roughly what they looked like...

Nope - definitely as my mockup shows them - red centres surrounded by silver, not silver centres surrounded by red
And I've tried a search - can't find them Steve N | 2006 TDV6 S Auto in Buckingham Blue | Member of the top ten club | Am I online?

Not much style going on with those ones...
More like a pair of dodgy aftermarket bling'd-up lights as found in lots of tents at the annual "under 20's max-power Corsa conventions" - not that I've ever been to one personally!

Probably a set of prototype units on a LR engineering vehicle.
