Front headrests I can adjust.
Anything that stops the windscreen getting covered in water when you go through any puddle deeper than barely damp.
12 volt supply in the back switchable to be on all the time subject to battery condition.
More padding onthe door armrest.

Some of mine were covered above.
I'd allow the rear view mirror to adjust on the windscreen slightly up or down like the seatbelts do (I'm tall so the rearview mirror seems low).
Eliminate the ceiling panel between the 2nd and 3rd row seats so the entire back ceiling would be glass (with a shade of course).
Put an on/off switch for the stereo on the steering wheel.
Eliminate the amber in the front lights, sidemarkers, and rear taillights and go with clear or gray. Just use amber lights / leds for these spots (we'll see this in 2010 edition).
Allow ac / heat to turn on without automatically applying those settings to the 2nd and 3rd rows (have to hit the button twice to turn off 2nd and 3rd row ac / heat).
Angle the face of the headunit (stereo, heat, etc) so its less upright and more facing the driver (like rrs).
Be able to program the key fob to do a suspension emission hiss (fart) to scare away cats and lurkers.
More door insulation for better sound from the stereo.
That's my list, if they don't do any I'll still be happy with her. USA

Finish the interior and controls in 'BMW' quality plastic rather than the 'airfix' quality they use at the moment. There are short term investments and long term investments. Long term investments are generally short term ones that went wrong.

Stop using those damnable cheapo plastic clips to hold everything together. I'm not so good at giving advice...may I offer you a sarcastic comment instead?

If its the external plastic clips then I disagree with ye there slightly SV.After seeing Barrys motor on Sunday I'd have to say the clips did their purpose well.If they had have been anything stronger , alloy etc then they would have ripped through the outer skin bodywork.
His lower door ( front & rear pass) & rear arch half trim were swiped off by a treestump witha bit of bosdy damage Cheaper to replace the plastic though . Don't take life me too seriously ..... it's I'm not permanent

One thing I'd do is make it easier to press the horn without hitting the audio or cruise control buttons they are too close together for me.
Another issue is why should we have to shell out £500 for a remap to improve performance and effeiciency - shouldnt LR just change the current mapping if the general concensus of those that have had the remap is so positive ?

True that DW but seems they could make them to pop out but not break with the slightest touch They use them inside as well, now I have an assortment of clips lost within my interior's bowels. I'm not so good at giving advice...may I offer you a sarcastic comment instead?

A button to press to reset the computor when it chucks a tanty in the middle of nowhere, for use in extreme sircumstances after fault has been asessed, fixed, bodged up, This is a safty issue for remote travel when the steeler may be too far away. It could be placed under the bonnet somewhere so only used as a last resort.
